The office is open Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment, please call (541) 312-1145. If it is necessary to cancel an established office visit, we appreciate 24 hours notice.

- Wednesday - 7:30 - 3:30
- Thursday - Cosmetic
- Friday - 8:30 - 3:30
- Saturday - Hours one Saturday each month. Check with the office for available times.
